A few days ago I wrote about the car accident I had. Not too long ago I subscribed to Maeda’s SIMPLICITY blog. And now Maeda writes a post On Anger, which I really relate to after getting really angry at the accident.

A moment of pshychology: If you are hurt – the natural genetic and normal outcome is to feel anger. If not possible to express it (because it is against your boss for example) – leads to anger at self which becomes depression. So, the question is how to let yourself be angry without hurting yourself or others.
That’s a good question. Thanks.
