It’s great to know that https for custom domains is on the way. I wish Google would say about their upcoming products _when_ they will be available. For example, that post you sent me to is nearly 4 months old. When they wrote it, did you expect it to take 4 months to become available (considering that they started testing it at the time?)

I already have the feature request about DKIM starred :) But now that I have a solid implementation with Amazon SES and task queues, it’s low on my priority list.

Hi Dušan,

I’ve heard that the Galaxy S 2 has problems with running Dindy, but unfortunately have never had the chance to debug it on that phone (for that I need someone to lend me his/her phone to attach to my computer and see what’s going on.)

Also, lately I’ve had no time to invest in Dindy, so this issue will remain unsolved for the foreseeable future.

I’m sorry that I don’t have a better answer for you. I will gladly refund your purchase if you’d like me to.

Hi Amit,

I purchased Dindy when the Nexus One came out and it worked great.

I completelty forgot about it till recently and now i am using a Galaxy S 2 on Android 2.3.6 and i install and set up the app but it doesn’t work, no SMS reply and no ringing on second call.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I dumped Ubuntu altogether because they wanted to force me to use Unity. Sure, I could have installed Gnome classic, but then every Ubuntu upgrade thereafter would be another opportunity for Ubuntu to break my system and force me back to their crappy Unity. I hate Unity because I will not use any system which prevents me from defining (and redefining) my own menu with my own application categories at will. I want to do actual work on my computer and that requires control over where things are and how I access them.
BTW, you can switch between apss using Alt-Tab under every Linux system and via Ctrl-Alt-Arrow move from workspace to workspace. I often have seven or more programs open at once divided into task-oriented workspaces. You don’t need Ubuntu for that.
